Zazz Paradox: community fund

Community members come together to influence a shapeshifting portfolio that will aim to provide funding for community driven initiatives in art, and kindness.

The Zazz Paradox trading system consists of six main components that correspond to the 6 biomes of Shapeshifters of Drala.

Each component’s represents a key aspect of a portfolio system whose key definitions will shapeshift through community governance at scheduled intervals.

  • Forest Entry:

    • Like stepping into the enchanting forest, this component sets the rules and indicators for identifying optimal entry points into trades, guiding us through the mystical depths of the market.

    • Embraces the harmony and interconnectedness of the forest biome, reflecting the cycles of growth and nurturing relationships.

      Initial definition:

      • Utilize technical indicators (200 ema, weekly SR trend lines), trendlines and classic chart patterns to identify a “range bound market”

      • Define trades on 4h and Daily time frames and then ok to zoom in for specific entry emphasizing either deviations from the range, or confirmations at range extremes as ideal points of entry.

      • Range Confirmation:

        • Monitor price action for bounces off support or resistance levels to validate the range structure.

        • Look for decreasing volume and reduced volatility as indications of range-bound behavior.

      • Look for convergence or confirmation from multiple indicators from each biome to increase the probability of successful trades. State apparent convergences on trade submissions

  • Meadow Exit:

  • Reflecting the vibrant meadow, this component defines graceful exit criteria, allowing trades to gracefully depart, just as nature transitions with seasonal changes.

  • Encourages appreciation for the present moment and cultivates a sense of gratitude for the abundance found in profitable exits.

    Initial Definition:

    • Define criteria for graceful exits from trades using weekly SR levels, 200 ema, and Bollinger bands

    • Set profit targets based on technical analysis, such as key resistance levels or profit-taking indicators.

    • Range Exit:

      • Exit long trades when the price reaches the upper range boundary or shows signs of resistance.

      • Exit short trades when the price reaches the lower range boundary or shows signs of support.

      • Consider taking profits near the opposite boundary of the range or when the price shows signs of reversal.

    • Once entry is safe with swing low/high or at tp1 utilize trailing stop orders to lock in profits and protect against reversals.

  • Island Ebb and Flow:

    • Embracing the serenity of the island, this component uses RSI thresholds and other tools to navigate the ebb and flow of market conditions, guiding trade decisions with tranquil precision.

    • Invites introspection and encourages us to embrace solitude, seeking inner peace amidst the market's vastness.

      Initial Definition:

      1. Use established RSI thresholds for trade decisions.

      2. Confirm oversold conditions (RSI below 30) as potential long opportunities.

      3. Confirm overbought conditions (RSI above 70) as potential selling opportunities.

      4. Use 4h and Daily Bollinger bands as additional support here:

        - Long at periods of low volatility where the price has been trading within the lower Bollinger Band.

        - Short at periods of high volatility where the price has been consistently trading near or above the upper Bollinger Band.

        - During times of price action at or near the middle of Bollinger bands wait for the breakthrough  for confirmation of continuation of  trend

  • Mountain Momentum:

    • Inspired by the lofty mountains, this component harnesses trend identification and momentum indicators to confirm trade directions, empowering us to scale the heights of profit with steadfast determination.

    • Embodies strength, resilience, and the pursuit of lofty aspirations in our trading endeavors.

      Initial Definition:

      • Identify trends on the 4h and daily using basic  HH/HL or LH/LL criteria.

      • Utilize the 200 ema on 4h and higher time frames

        • When the price is consistently trading above the moving average, it suggests an uptrend.

        • Conversely, when the price is consistently trading below the moving average, it indicates a downtrend.

      • Use trendline analysis to connect swing highs or swing lows on the chart, the more touches to the trendline the more validity in confirming the ongoing trend

      • Utilize momentum indicator (TM with Pivot 20 1 5) to confirm trade directions on 4h or higher time frames. Prioritize trades in the direction the identified trend

      • Consider the slope and strength of the momentum indicator for trade confirmation.

  • Desert Risk Management:

    • Resilient as the desert, this component focuses on effective risk management, safeguarding against the arid challenges of the trading landscape, ensuring our journey remains fruitful.

    • Embraces the adaptability and transformative nature of the desert biome, guiding us to navigate uncertain terrains and discover hidden treasures of profitable trades.

      Initial Definition:

      • Limit leverage trades to a maximum position size of 5% total portfolio

      • Utilize stop loss orders to limit losses and protect capital. Increase or decrease leverage of trade to risk maximum of 10% of allocated leverage funds in event of failed trade

  • Moonlit Portfolio Allocation:

    • Bathed in the luminous glow of the moon, this component determines the allocation of funds across different segments of the portfolio.

    • Reflects the mystery, intuition, and exploration of the unseen in managing the overall portfolio and balancing different investment strategies.

      Initial Asset Allocation :

      • Leveraged Trading System | 5% |

      • Spot Holds:| BTC | 65% | | Radix | 20% | | Alts | 5% |

      • Community may propose Alt spot holds with corresponding thesis at scheduled proposal/voting intervals
